Lindsay, your Lulalu Lady for the month of December!   

Tell us about yourself. What makes you, you? 

"Well….how much time do you have? What makes me, me? I’ve actually never really thought about it but the short answer is life. My parents divorced when I was 3 and I had to deal with all the internal struggles that came along with it. I developed an eating disorder in high school and suffered an abundance of ailments such as chronic migraines, itchy privates, seasonal allergies, hormonal issues, gut issues, high blood pressure, severe eczema, and fatigue! 

Then came having children! And boy was THAT fun. All three of my daughters weighed 3 pounds. One even needed multiple brain surgeries due to a massive bleed she sustained during birth. (This is a WHOLE different story). Eating was my main source of therapy with the PTSD I developed from that traumatic experience.  I knew I needed to change in order to care for my girls properly and to stop feeling sorry for myself. I was wallowing in self pity and pain. 

After a significant amount of research, I cleaned up my diet and began exercising. I lost 55 pounds and EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. of those ailments vanished! This has allowed me to help other women with their health and emotional struggles. Having a background in psychology is a strong passion of mine."

How has shopping with Lulalu positively impacted your life? Which bra is your favorite?

"It’s nice to have a place where I can find comfort without weeding through all the uncomfortable options! I love my brown silky bra! I wear it all the time!"

What is your favorite thing about the brand as a whole?

"I love that you’ve researched and made an amazing product for us IBTC members"

Any words of wisdom to help other Lulalu Ladies feel inspired or empowered?

"Oh I have MANY tips, so thank you for asking, haha! But seriously, as long as we continue to guide women into self-acceptance, teach them self worth, and to listen to their voices… all will be good in the world"
